Master Electrician — Commercial

Heber City / Salt Lake, UT·Full-time · W-2

Lead commercial new-construction and tenant-improvement crews. Read prints, run feeder and branch, manage 2–6 electricians.

Compensation

$48–$62/hr DOE + ESOP shares

Medium-voltage and mission-critical install. NFPA 70E qualified preferred; we sponsor cert if you're not.

    We pay per diem for crews staged outside their home zone — full per diem rates, not industry minimums.

  • PTO + paid holidays

    Three weeks PTO from day one, plus eight paid holidays. Build seniority, earn more.

  • Tools, PPE, and training paid

    We supply rough-in tools and PPE. We pay for OSHA, NFPA 70E, NETA, and NABCEP cert and renewal.

  • Profit-sharing bonus

    Annual profit-share for crews who hit safety, schedule, and quality KPIs.
